This study is a multi-disciplinary collaborative project which involves computer science, orthopaedics, materials science, garment technology, engineering and biomechanics. The aim is to develop an artificial intelligence designed flexible scoliotic brace for scoliosis patients by collecting and inputting patient datasets and parameters of flexible braces to train machine learning methods.
